Description
This tour starts off pretty tough and actually gets easier as we climb into the mountains and then descend back to the coast, but don’t worry we’ll head back to the mountains soon enough. Average distance is 65km per day and you will become fitter as we go. So as long as you have some cardio fitness and muscle memory you are good to go provided you can granny gear up some steep ascents. Also remember this is not race pace, the idea is to take in the views.
